The six pointed star inside the lantern symbolizes a universal exchange of spiritual  wisdom.
All of us could easily unlock our most inner consciousness's but are we too self-centered or just too lazy to do so.

Analyzing, Practical, Reflective, Observation, Thoughtful

The Sun is in Virgo between about 23rd August and 23rd September.

More than anything else, if the Sun was in Virgo when you were born, you not only want to be useful, but you truly are. You study and learn as much as possible, and then put it all to good practical use, because you can see what needs to be done. You're not interested in glory for yourself, you just use your common sense and make sure that the job is well done. The only drawback is that you may forget to enjoy yourself at all.

From the point of view of the rest of the world, with Virgo rising, you are a godsend. Others needn't bother about tidying up, because you'll do it for them, but you do worry about things. If someone is ill you know just how to make them comfortable, and you probably have some vitamins on hand to raise their resistance. In later life, people would tell you how young you look for your age, if you ever had the time to listen to such nonsense.

11 IsaIsa: (I: Ice.) A challenge or frustration. Psychological blocks to thought or activity, including grievances. Standstill, or a time to turn inward and wait for what is to come, or to seek clarity. This rune reinforces runes around it. Isa Merkstave (Isa cannot be reversed, but may lie in opposition): Ego-mania, dullness, blindness, dissipation. Treachery, illusion, deceit, betrayal, guile, stealth, ambush, plots.

11. Isa: Winter has come upon you, chilling your spirit. Difficult situations must be managed through your own inner resources, since you can expect no help from outside yourself. You seem to be in stasis, locked in ice, and unable to move. Any major accomplishment is unlikely now. Concentrate on keeping up, not trying to get ahead. There may be some outdated habit or idea that you need to relinquish, so that the thaw will follow. This Rune may symbolize a rogue, a mystic, a scoundrel, a corpse, or the spirit of one already crossed over into the Summerlands.
